  • "Tried to make a purchase of a cbr1000rr was lied to about the model and was told it was a model 15,000 more until I checked myself. Went to look a second time to hear it run before I bought it. Keys couldn’t be located and the salesman I talked to and let know I was coming got sick and left and didn’t let me know then no one else knew anything about it so I drove 130 miles for nothing and wasted a day. Then called back and said I wasn’t giving the agreed price of 16,200 for a used bike when I found a brand new one for under 14k the manager said he would fix me up after I came and couldn’t hear it run. Devon called me and said they may work some but probably won’t be able to match the price I found and I said that’s fine I’d rather shop local even if I give a little more than I want since it does have a few after market parts but still doesn’t make it worth more than a new one with warranty vs 14k miles. I told him to see what the absolute best they would do and he specifically told me 15,200 and I asked so the 15,200 is final out the door price and he said yes. I find insurance for it and get that for my credit union. Then send him everything I need from them. He sends it to me and I send it to the credit union and then I went back and looked and it was back to 16200 so I text and said that’s not what we said on the phone and he stated that’s the price we agreed on and I told him what sense would it make for me to call and say I’m not paying that if they can’t come down I’ll buy the other ones I found. He then stated I know this was the price I wrote it down. I told him I am not stupid I wouldn’t agree to price I wasn’t willing to pay and be a 1000 dollars off on something I am buying. I had already pretty much finished the loan for 15200. I get kinda heated because this is not the 1st not the 2’d but the 3rd problem I had with this deal and he had the nerve to tell me even so if I made the mistake what are you thinking threatening my job when I asked how Scott would feel about the way his business is being handled. Saying it was one mistake,naw bud that was 3 and the deal breaker especially when you couldn’t make it right. Reminds me why I continue to do my business with Harrisburg cycles where they actually know how to treat customers and actually know what the hell they are selling. Now I have to cancel the loan cancel insurance I already paid 240 for and wasted 2 weeks trying to do it from the back and forth on coming to look and didn’t get to even hear it run."

    I was looking for a certain motorcycle and found one you had advertised on Cycle Trader. I called and Jeremy answered right away. He answered all my questions and we arrived at a deal. I made plans to make the 400-mile drive to pick up the motorcycle within 4 days. Jeremy was very helpful, communicating often on progress and when I arrived at the dealership the paperwork was ready so I could sign, pay, load up, and make the 400-mile trip back home. Jeremy even texted while on the trip back to make sure everything was going smoothly! All in all the whole transaction was very smooth and seamless.   • "2024 Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe
    I called Got Gear to verify the availability and the color of a Honda Pioneer 700 Deluxe. Jeremy said he would determine the information I needed and call me back. He quickly called back to say that the Red Pioneer was available and was being assembled. My utility trailer is not large enough and I have to get a bigger one to haul the Pioneer. I did not want the Pioneer to get away from me, as they are in high demand. Jeremy told me that I could make a deposit and they would hold it for 30 days. It was a pleasure working with Jeremy and Kevin on this Sales Deal. I am looking forward to getting my new trailer and Honda Pioneer.
